Delivery Costs

Freight charges will be clearly outlined during the checkout phase, appearing on your order summary.

Order Dispatch Timing

  • Items in Stock: Generally sent out within 1 to 3 business days after the order is received. We aim to ship these items the same day wherever possible.

  • Specialty Parts: If your order includes uncommon or hard-to-source components, additional time may be required—typically between 6 to 12 business days to secure and dispatch the item.

Additional Information

  • Shipping Fee Adjustments: Should the delivery fee not reflect the actual shipping expense, we may reach out for additional payment or reserve the right to cancel the order before shipment.

  • Courier Services: Our deliveries are handled by trusted carriers including Toll and Australia Post.

  • Address Restrictions: Please note, we do not ship to PO Box addresses.

  • Delivery Concerns: If something goes wrong with your delivery, please head to our Resolution Centre and submit a support ticket so we can assist promptly.
