Refund Policy

Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask that you inspect the goods promptly. Should you identify any possible faults or discrepancies in quantity, you must notify us within two business days of delivery.

Customers are expected to allow a reasonable timeframe for Ricambi Appliance Spares to review and investigate the issue raised in the refund claim.

If this timeframe or notification requirement is not met, the goods will be considered accepted in good condition, with no visible faults or damages.

In the event of a valid issue, our liability is limited to resolving the concern by either replacing the affected item(s) or issuing a partial refund reflecting the problem.

Once your order has been confirmed, cancellations are only at our discretion and may be subject to specific conditions determined by us.

Please note, we cannot cancel or refund orders that are already in transit.

If a refund is being sought due to a suspected defect, we reserve the right to obtain an independent assessment by a qualified expert before proceeding.

Approved refunds will be processed within five business days from the date the refund is confirmed.
