Returns Policy

At Ricambi Appliance Spares, we place great importance on customer satisfaction. Our returns process aligns with the standards set by Australian Consumer Law.

  • Pre-Authorisation Required: Returns must be formally approved by us before being sent back. Items returned without prior consent will not be accepted.

  • Return Request Window: You must notify us of your intent to return an item within 14 days of receiving it.

  • Restocking Charge: A handling fee of 20% of the item's purchase price applies to all authorised returns.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering return postage expenses.

  • Return Timeframe: After return approval, the item must arrive back to us within 7 days.

  • Assessment of Faulty Items: If you claim an item is defective, we reserve the right to seek a report from an independent, qualified technician before proceeding.

  • Item Condition Requirements: Returns will not be accepted if the product is used, damaged, or not in its original packaging. All returned items must be in resalable condition.

  • Electrical Products: Electrical circuit boards are not eligible for return under any circumstances. All electrical components must be installed by a licensed electrician. For electrical items claimed as faulty, we may request an official invoice showing installation details by a certified professional.

  • Refund Process: Refunds are issued within five business days after approval. Any financial charges we incur (such as banking fees) will be deducted from the refund total.

  • Change of Mind or Ordering Errors: If you're returning a product due to incorrect selection or a change of mind, you will need to return the item at your own cost.
