5. PCB (Printed Circuit Board) Policy

All PCBs are sold sealed. Once a seal is broken or packaging is opened, the item becomes non-returnable and non-refundable. Faulty PCB claims must be supported by a written report from a certified technician and may require a copy of the technician's license or qualifications.
