All Pleated Panel Filter is 100% synthetic, so it will not absorb moisture or support microbial growth. It has a lower initial pressure drop than cotton-polyester and self-supporting pleat media which leads to energy savings during use. 

High capacity 25mm and 50mm deep filters are rated as a high MERV 8 per ASHRAE 52.2-99, with the 100mm deep filters achieving MERV 9 to ASHRAE 52.2-99.
Installation AirePleat high capacity disposable pleated filters are suitable as a primary filter to meet AS 1668.2 and can be installed in universal holding frames, side access applications and similar existing hardware. They may be used as pre-filters to extend the life of AirePak, PurePak, Purcell and AireFlow-V filters in these framing systems. AirePleat high capacity “elements” and “rolls” are also offered. These are pleated sections of AirePleat media in selected widths with the metal backing for use in a re-useable metal frame (service pleat).
