Where a low cost mounting is required for the effective isolation of noise and vibration from machinery, particularly with speeds from about 1,000 RPM (16 R/s) upwards, and also from wall mounted machinery such as air conditioning/refrigeration condensers. Neoprene mounts are the preferred choice because Neoprene is more durable than natural rubber and cheaper synthetic compounds. The mounts are recommended for use in compression only.

The bases are 76mm square, providing excellent stability, and have 7.5mm holes at each of the four corners, offering a choice of fixing options. The stand is 50mm high and supplied with M10 screws and washers fitted.
