This is a genuine Fisher & Paykel brand new part.
These straps limit radial bowl motion during agitate, also the straps help to stabilize the bowl which
improves wash performance.
If one or more straps have broken, this can be caused by faulty suspension rods, in
this case the suspension rods should be replaced as well.
We have the suspension rods available in our eBay store or we can give the you the listing item number.
