PRODUCT OVERVIEW:

Restore neglected and extremely dirty coils and heat exchangers to their original performance with this pure concentrate, biodegradable, food industry compliant (NSF certified) non-acid foaming coil cleaner and aluminium brightener. The proprietary alkaline expanding foam produced by Viper Brightener Cleaner clears blockages, stripping coils and heat exchangers of heavily embedded grease and grime, restoring the metal to a bright ‘like new’ shine.

USED WHERE:

Outdoor HVACR condenser coils and fully blocked HVACR evaporators. Automotive applications include fully blocked radiators, fully blocked intercoolers, fully blocked EV thermal management heat exchangers (take precautions to prevent Viper Max Strength Brightener from coming into contact with sensitive vehicle components or painted and chrome surfaces).

USED HOW:​

1. Use the Viper Foam Gun (RT300S) set to your desired dilution ratio, and fully saturate the coil with fluid.
2. Wait 5 – 10 minutes for foam to generate and loosen the dirt, grease, grime and hard oxidation.
3. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. Do not allow rinse water to enter sewers, storm drains or water courses.

• Viper Brightener Cleaner will remove all factory corrosion protection coatings, so use Viper Coil Coating (RT640A) to restore protection
• Never use acids to clean coils. They are more dangerous than alkaline solutions and destroy the bond between aluminium fins and copper tubing, resulting in loss of heat transfer
