This is a genuine dishwasher float housing. 

Keeps the float steady and protected as it moves up and down with the water level inside your dishwasher. The housing makes sure the float operates properly so when the water gets high enough, it signals the dishwasher to stop filling and avoid any overflow.

If the housing is cracked, clogged, or worn out, it can throw off the float’s movement and mess with water control. Replacing it with this part helps restore smooth operation and keeps your dishwasher running clean and dry.
